What you just did
None of that needed an electrician
Every change you made is a command on a two-wire bus. In a real installation the fixtures never moved, nothing was rewired, and no circuit was added — which is the whole argument for addressable control.
Presets, recallable in one command
Each scene is a stored level for every address. Changing one later is a configuration edit, not a site visit with a ladder.
Every fixture individually reachable
Turn on the address overlay. Any one of those twelve can be dimmed, re-grouped or queried for faults on its own.
